TERMS & CONDITIONS

We advise all our clients to read through Defined Beauty Clinics terms and conditions before making a booking.
In booking an appointment you are agreeing to the clinic terms and conditions stated below. We also request you read aftercare related to your treatment on our website as this may contain some post treatment information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that our clients circumstances can change but please note we have a 48hr cancellation policy, we will try our very best to fill your appointment but if we cannot do so then your appointment will be charged at 50%.

We remind clients that in order to change or cancel an appointment we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation of appointments must be made via the phone and we do not accept any cancellations via email, text or Facebook. All missed or cancelled appointments which fall inside the 24 hour notice period will incur a 100% charge of your appointment and any deposits cannot be refunded.

PATCH TESTING

Most treatments at Defined Beauty Clinic require a patch test at least 48 or 24 hrs prior to treatment dependant on the treatment. Patch testing may also need to be repeated. If a patch test is declined for any reason or not carried out properly then treatment will not go ahead. Defined Beauty Clinic is unable to refund any deposits if patch testing terms are not adhered to. 

SPECIFIC TREATMENT CONDITIONS – AESTHETICS

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. We will provide a “top up” following 14 days of anti-wrinkle treatment at no further cost to the client, at the discretion of the practitioner and subject to review. This will only apply to the area treated during the original visit.

We will provide a “top up” of lip filler and other filler treatment at a cost of 40% off the original treatment cost to the client, at the discretion of the practitioner and subject to review. This will only apply to the area treated during the original visit. All of our Injectable treatments are not eligible for refund.

SPECIFIC TREATMENT CONDITIONS – MICROBLADING/PMU

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. We will provide a 2ND appointment following 4-6 weeks of healing at no further cost to the client, at the discretion of the practitioner and subject to the work not being correction work or a “top up” or work done by another artist.  This will only apply to the area treated during the original visit and clients not on a payment plan. Defined Beauty Clinic cannot guarantee symmetry or results as this is dependant on individual skin type and facial symmetry. All of our permanent make up treatments including Microblading are not eligible for refund.

LIABILITY

Defined Beauty Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Defined Beauty Clinic with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Defined Beauty Clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client's failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by Defined Beauty Clinic regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Defined Beauty Clinic’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Defined Beauty Clinic’s negligence.
